1. Nature of the Shared Service

claudeaigroupbuy.store operates as a pooled digital resource service. We provide managed, multi-user access to premium artificial intelligence infrastructure (such as Anthropic Claude Pro environments) through dedicated reverse proxies, session-balancing nodes, and browser extensions. We are an independent service provider and are not formally affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC.

2. User Accounts & Fair Usage Policy

To preserve network uptime, prevent rate-limiting, and protect service quality for all participants, each subscription is subject to our Fair Usage Policy:

• Single User / Single Seat: Each standard license is granted strictly for one designated user. Sharing login credentials, access tokens, or extension packages with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• No Automated Scraping: Users may not connect automated scraping bots, selenium scripts, or headless crawlers to stress-test our Claude Pro gateways. Prompting must originate from human interaction within approved browsers.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to generate illegal material, malware, automated phishing schemes, or content that violates global AI safety guidelines.

3. Session Privacy & Data Isolation

We employ client-side isolation and proxy headers to keep member sessions separated. However, users acknowledge that they are accessing a pooled cloud infrastructure. Users agree:

• Not to input highly confidential banking credentials, unencrypted database secrets, or sensitive personal identification into prompts.
• Not to attempt reverse engineering, packet sniffing, or session harvesting of other members on the shared cluster.

4. Service Availability & Node Failover

We aim to maintain an uptime rate of 99% across our active nodes. However, because our service relies on upstream third-party AI interfaces (Anthropic):

• Temporary message limits, routine maintenance downtime, or model updates implemented by the primary AI provider may periodically impact access speeds.
• Our dynamic load balancer will automatically route active users to fallback nodes whenever upstream limits occur, but zero latency cannot be guaranteed during global service disruptions.

5. Subscription, Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon receipt of confirmed payment:

• Immediate Access Delivery: Because digital tokens and browser extension credentials are made accessible immediately after payment, access is deemed delivered at the time of dashboard provisioning.
• Cancellations: Users may cancel recurring renewals at any time via their dashboard or by contacting our help desk before the subsequent billing cycle begins.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Any articles, documentation, custom code, or marketing copy generated by you through your prompts remains your intellectual property, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model. The custom branding, proprietary load-balancing extensions, and design assets of claudeaigroupbuy.store remain the exclusive property of this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, claudeaigroupbuy.store and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from upstream AI platform outages, temporary session drops, or lost business revenue arising from the use of our shared service.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through our platform or updated directly on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our Claude AI GroupBuy nodes following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
